Red Alfa Romeo 33 QV

One of the many paintings that were commissioned at a car event. This time at the Viva Italia event in Assen. The owner of this great car visited the event and my stand with paintings. She was very enthusiastic and asked me to paint her great Alfo 33. I remember I liked this car a lot in my childhood, I think I even made a drawing of it when I was about 12 years old. It is such a great design and it still looks elegant and strong without looking aggressive. During the event I made some pictures of the car between a lot of other Alfa’s. I didn’t want these on the painting and removed them and placed the car in a misty environment.
