Carnival Masked lady in blue gold and red background
Painting of a masked lady during the Venetian Carnival. Based on one of my own photographs as taken during the Carnival in my favorite city. It is one of my earlier paintings and I experimented with different kind of painting techniques, very detailed in the eyes and the mask, very thin and loose in some other areas.
