Honey Bee on a yellow flower
This artwork I finished in October 2023 as a birthday present for a good friend who owns bees. It was a great project to work on and I learned a lot from it in the area of contrasts, tones and differences in hue/tone between sharp in-focus areas and vague out-of-focus areas which have less color and a lower tone.
